3 tips to overcome fear

Do you feel like you struggle with fear? Here are three fear facts and how to overcome them.

  1.  Fear keeps us captivated by our past, which prevents us mentally from being able to execute our future

  2.  Fear will whisper, No, you can't literally just based on fiction or past failure, which is fine because everybody fails.

  3.  Fear increases your anxiety. So if you ever feel like you're getting anxious about something, it might be because you're focusing on your fears. 

In order to bypass these three facts, I need you to first get to the root. What is it that's giving you exactly what's keeping you in bondage and what is whispering? “No, you can't.” Once you get to the root of all that, you'll have more knowledge and self-awareness on how to manage the fear that arises whenever you try to do something new. 

Once you've done all that, you've gotten to the root, grown in your self-awareness, and grown in your self-management. This is going to help you heal your relationship with fear, which is going to enable you to grow in your emotional confidence, which is also going to lead to you living out your purpose with confidence.
