Dr.Rees utilizes her athletic background as a retired professional basketball player and former head college WBB coach to empower coaches and players to excel in life and sport. As a researcher, Dr.Rees studies leadership, high-performance habits, and holistic player development.

Purpose capital focuses on the essence of individuals and energizes them through learning more about their purpose, values, vision, mission, inherent tools, knowledges, giftings, and abilities to execute them. Purpose capital is one’s greatest asset.

Research shows there is an underdevelopment of coaches focusing on enhancing their player’s capital. This training teaches coaches and players how to discover their authentic capital and the best ways to leverage it to maximize their potential.

Money Mindfulness for Athletes

Using sport-specific verbiage, Coach Rees teaches athletes how to discover their money story, identify their goals, and create constructive money habits to cultivate generational freedom.

Learner-Athlete
